Bon appétit!
A close-up of Max who has now reached the age of discretion...
And a belated Happy Halloween from Stella...
Soon Michelle will penetrate the Google wall and post here ad libitum—as we who speak Neanderthal might say—but this time she lacked the time.
Hey, a Thanksgiving spread in Paris!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely array of photos too. I am feeling a little negligent, not having posted any of our photos yet...
Michelle, where did you find such a large dindon (I love that word, turkey in French)? I mean, it is not, of course, as large as the one we had but then we do over do it a bit. As I recall, finding a dindon in Paris is not easy... Well done. And the other dishes make for a lovely plate which I trust tasted as delicious as it looked.
The photo of Max, so casual with hair all standing on end and Jerry in the background, like a statue... very nice.
You all look just lovely sitting around your table in the soft light. I wish we could have combined our celebrations somehow.
Thanks for posting the photos, Dad!
Perhaps next year we should Skype our Thanksgiving hellos!
ReplyDeleteYes, I agree with all the above: LOVELY! Could only have been improved by sitting at the table together.
ReplyDeleteWell, perhaps some day, soon still in our life time we will be able to say "beam me over, Scotty". Wouldn't that be GRAND?
BTW, did I see any cranberry sauce ... a la Airelles de La Campagne a Paris?
